How do the Baltics rate to a world trav- eler on a shoestring budget? We asked Paul A. Fitzgerald, a native Dubliner who has almost traversed the globe and has not seen his home in 20 months. TBT caught up with him on the Eastern European leg of his world tour, as he trekked southwards through the Baltics en route to the Greek islands.
