Elina Cerpa reports on the Baltics' first jointly-produced feature film and the Latvians and Estonians who made it happen.Compared to past sea-sons, 1998-99 was a successful time for Baltic films. The success is quite extraordinary for Latvia, a country that due to lack of funding, is usually only able to produce one film a year. In fall four new feature films will be presented: "Hide and Seek" directed by Janis Putnins, "That Dreadful Summer" directed by Aigars Grauba, and "Follow me" which is a Latvian-Swedish coproduction directed by Una Celma.
