Estonia reaching out to Latvian fishermen

TALLINN - The company Positium has ascertained, with mobile positioning, that at the end of February and the start of Mach last year there were up to 5,000 Latvian fishermen on the Estonian Lake Peipsi at weekends; since they don’t spend much in Estonia, local businesses have decided to make changes and to introduce better options, reports the local newspaper Vooremaa.
