TALLINN - Estonian state-owned business development foundation Enterprise Estonia board chairman Ulari Alamets submitted his resignation to the council of the foundation on Nov. 12, following the discovery that companies would have to pay back millions because of mistakes made by the foundation in allocating EU support, reports Public Broadcasting.
