Ruling coalition agreement is signed

VILNIUS - Three parties, which following the parliamentary elections are now forming a new ruling coalition - the Social Democratic Party, the Labor Party and the party Order and Justice - have signed a coalition agreement on joint work for the sake of Lithuania.

The solemn ceremony was held at the Constitution Hall of the Seimas.

The document has been inked by leaders of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party, the Labor Party and the party Order and Justice Algirdas Butkevicius, Viktor Uspaskikh and Rolandas Paksas.

The partners agreed on a joint coalition Government and adjusting the Government's program, forming the leadership of the Seimas and the Seimas' committees.
