VILNIUS - Thousands of Polish demonstrators marched from the Lithuanian parliament via Gedimino Avenue to hold their rally on Kudirkos Square in front of the PM’s office in Vilnius, protesting against the education reform. The reform, among other things, introduced lessons on Lithuanian history and Lithuanian geography, taught in the Lithuanian language in Lithuanian state-run Slavic schools, as well as an equalized the exam level on the Lithuanian language.
