TALLINN - Estonia's largest ferry operator is being sued by it's employess for an alleged breach of contract.
The Seamens Independent Union sued Tallink, claiming that the company violated its members' work contracts by transfering some employees from slaried to hourly work and by failing to deliver on a 6% pay rise.
The case has already reached the Harju County Court.
