TALLINN - Estonian Defense Minister
Jaak Aaviksoo has pressed NATO allies to come up with a plan if the region is attacked.
Aaviksoo told the Associated Press that he was concerned by Russia's aggressive actions with regard to Georgia.
The defense minister reportedly urged NATO to consider other threats, such as a cyber attack, in addition to conventional attacks.
