RECYCLING - Ecological recycling as pollution solution
VILNIUS - The reasons why the Baltic Sea is so polluted are many and varied, as are the solutions. Now one Stockholm-based non-governmental organization is attempting to target one particular source and cut the negative effects using what it calls ecological recycling.
