RIGA - Latvian President Vaira Vike-Freiberga is still on the Forbes list of the world's 100 most powerful women, dropping to the 63rd place, comparing to the 48th place in 2005.
The list of the world's 100 most powerful women published by the US magazine Forbes this year is topped by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and last year's leader US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has moved to the second place.
