Probably the best-kept secret in Tallinn. This local haunt has been operating since way back in pre-revolution 1988. The well-worn interior is filled with aquariums and bathed in red and green light. It has a decidedly Russian style, though the fare itself is meant to be so-called "home cooking" rather than traditional Russian food.

England's East 17 were the one boy band you could like as a boy because they didn't jump around like a bunch of half-assed girls. They mixed rap and pop. From 1992 to 1997, they mixed rap with their pop melodies and due to the memories attached to them, nostalgia as well. From 1992 to 1997, they chalked up 16 Top 30 hits, including one number one, 1994's "Stay Another Day." This will be East 17's first concert in the Baltics. They're playing in Ogre.
