Estonia: Complex of buildings at Amari Air Base completed

TALLINN - The construction of a complex of buildings at the Amari Air Base in northwestern Estonia that was originally expected to be finished this spring has now been completed, officials announced today. "The building has been handed over; the total cost is approximately 10 million euros all extras included.
