All the losses to the Latvian state budget that were the result of a tax avoidance scheme of Latvia's Gan Bei restaurant chain have been repaid, BNS was told at the prosecutor's office.
Nine defendants in the Gan Bei tax fraud case pleaded guilty to the charges and reached a settlement agreement with the prosecutor's office on the amount of the penalty applicable.
