Riga’s Vidzeme District Court received a case against pro-Kremlin "journalist" Graham Phillips, on March 21, 2016.
At the Latvian Legionnaires procession on March 16, 2016 in Riga, Phillips was the sole attendee to disrupt proceedings. He then resisted police arrest for his behaviour.
He has been accused of purposefully resisting police orders during the March 16 event, BNS was told at the court.
The date for hearing the case has yet to set, court representatives said.
