'EfTEN Living' opens demo apartments in 'Easy Riga' rental project

The renovation of “EfTEN Living” rental project “Easy Riga” is nearing completion, and demo apartments are now open for viewing. In total, 102 fully furnished apartments are offered for rent, designed in a modern Scandinavian style to provide a functional, aesthetic, and thoughtfully planned environment for everyday living. To date, almost 200 potential tenants have expressed interest in the project. Those interested are invited to sign up on the project’s website to arrange a viewing of the demo apartments or to make a reservation.

From a standardized block to a modern living space    
In collaboration with construction company “EKOTEH BŪVE”, design studio “ArhiCom”, architect Artis Roķis, and interior designer Evija Grišāne Pinkule, “EfTEN Capital” has completely renovated the multi-storey building on Aviācijas Street, transforming it from a typical 1980s prefabricated block into a modern, high-quality rental project. The building now offers comfortable, aesthetically appealing, and functionally designed apartments that meet the demands of today’s lifestyle. At present, prospective tenants are invited to register for on-site viewings to explore two demo apartments and gain a closer impression of the project.

It is not always necessary to construct new houses – sometimes it is valuable to restore and improve what already exists, giving it a new life. We have carried out extensive work, renovating the building from the foundations to the roof, including installing all-new engineering systems and creating a cozy, bright interior for everyone,” explains Oskars Petrovs, chairman of the board of “EKOTEH BŪVE”.

Apartments designed for everyday living    
Before deciding, prospective tenants can view two show apartments that reflect the future housing standard – fully furnished interiors, high-quality finishing materials, and carefully considered layouts. The apartments will be available for rent starting in September, each delivered with modern technical equipment and furniture, allowing residents to settle in immediately and enjoy a comfortable and functional environment.

Final preparations are currently underway, including the installation of furniture and equipment, as well as landscaping and greening of the surrounding area. The project will be handed over fully completed, with finished infrastructure, construction works, and interior fittings.

The kitchen units and cabinets are produced by the Latvian company “Mēbeļu darbnīca”, while the building’s basement features a shared laundry and drying area provided by “Wash-Mate”. All apartments are fully furnished to ensure everyday living is as convenient and comfortable as possible. They are equipped with modern solutions, such as access via both a key card and a mobile app, providing residents with a safe and convenient way to enter their home.

Homes for students and young families    
Easy Riga” apartments are designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of residents. For young professionals and students, they offer the ideal first home, equipped with everything needed for independent living and convenient connections to the city center and universities. For young families, functional layouts are available, with schools, kindergartens, and spacious green areas for recreation nearby. Each apartment features a large balcony, providing extra space for relaxation and leisure.

The project offers 102 rental apartments - 35 studios and 67 one-bedroom units (34–40 m²), with rents starting from 370 EUR per month. The building is also pet-friendly, and its location ensures easy access to public transport, educational institutions, shopping options, and recreation in Ķengarags Park, which also features a dog-walking area.

Designed for tenant comfort    
Easy Riga” tenants benefit from a clear and transparent utility payment system, receiving an easy-to-understand monthly invoice for basic services based on individual consumption. The management fee is only 1 EUR/m², significantly lower than in many other new rental developments. Residents can register their place of residence in the project, and rental agreements can be signed without any additional intermediary fees.

For added convenience, tenants have access to bicycle parking free of charge outdoors or for 7 EUR per month in the basement, as well as storage rooms for 24 EUR per month.
