RIGA - Of all of the things that I have learned since the brutal attacks in Paris, which starkly brought the issue of terrorism back to the front and centre in the world’s attention, the one that has stayed with me the longest is not the attack in France, but rather an attack in Nigeria, where two female suicide bombers blew themselves up with all of the attendant carnage.  One of them was 11 years old.
