Nipernaadi, Tallinn

Located just outside the centre of town, this restaurant is the place to go to. The chef searched all over Estonia looking for farmers and fishermen who do their work producing foods with responsibility and utmost care for the environment. So, the fish comes from Lakes Peipsi and Pärnu Bay, the pork and beef from Southern Estonia, and many herbs and vegetables are picked at the Vihula Manor eco-farm. In addition to local suppliers, the restaurant sources lots of its own vegetables, herbs, meat, forest berries and wild mushrooms.

Meals and food here are simple, fresh and seasonal and especially delightful in the spring and summer as Nipernaadi has an incredible summer offering- a relaxing place to gather on warm nights.

To enrich your dining experience, come and try the carefully chosen selection of specialty fruit wines, beers and vodkas, brewed in local breweries and distilleries. The address is 23 Endla 23, Tallinn, and to book your table in advance please call
