This is a great success for a local company. We are not only proud of the record number of investors we have attracted, but also of their recognition and trust over the past two years, which is proven by the Nasdaq Baltic Awards. We will continue to strive towards ensuring that every shareholder is satisfied with their decision to become part of the Virši success story,” says Jānis Vība, Chairman of the Board of Virši.

By becoming a company listed on the stock exchange, the Company is implementing a targeted investor relations strategy and, since the end of 2021, a shareholder loyalty programme, as well as ensuring transparency in the Company's development processes. Caring for the interests of shareholders, customers and business partners, investments in network expansion and modernisation, as well as ambitious steps towards new energy segments, form a strong basis for sustainable growth and increased shareholder value over time.
