Venipak, an international parcel company, has further strengthened its management team with the addition of Kristina Sušinskaitė. With many years of experience in marketing, she has become the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Baltic States.
Sušinskaitė’s experience includes more than 8 years of work with local and international brands, providing them with services both in Lithuania and in foreign markets. Before joining Venipak, she worked for Berta&Agency, one of the largest agencies for integrated communications.
According to Asta Raudonienė, Chief Global Marketing Officer at Venipak Group, Sušinskaitė’s experience, ability to see beyond the surface, and her experience in managing projects of integrated communications combined with her international team management skills will help to strengthen the Venipak team, to further sharpen its advantage in a highly competitive environment.

The new Head of Marketing and Communications for the Baltics will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy in the three regional markets. She will be managing the budget, coordinating the marketing team and external communications, analysing market trends, customer behaviours and the competitive environment, and ensuring close cooperation with other teams within the company as well as external partners in the development of marketing projects.
Raudonienė will focus on Venipak’s brand vision, strategy, goals and objectives within the marketing department. In this way, she will contribute to the company’s growth and will be responsible for the Venipak Commerce brand vision, marketing strategy and implementation, as well for as the company’s advertising strategy.

I am joining them at the busiest time of the year, when the big sales and Christmas period are in full swing and planning for the upcoming year is also underway. Sušinskaitė shared that her immediate goal is to help the team successfully complete its ongoing projects. This year, Venipak has completed an important phase of its strategic expansion and the development of its parcel machine network in the Baltics, while acquiring an e-commerce wholesaler operating in the Netherlands.
“The team will continue to look for new opportunities to expand and improve the quality of our services. We are also working hard to develop solutions that will enhance our customer experience, so next year’s plans and goals will be even more ambitious. We will continue to find ways to be even closer to our customers in the Baltic States, both businesses and individuals. Thus, all our decisions will be made by taking into account the opinions and needs of the target audience, the competitive environment and the market trends,” said Sušinskaitė.
