TALLINN - The relationship of allies between Europe and the United States continues to be solid, Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves asserted following a meeting with US Vice President Joe Biden in Riga today.
"Europe and the United States are close allies, our co-operation is firm and security inseparable," Ilves said in the Latvian capital where the Baltic heads of state convened with Biden.
