RIGA - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will decorate Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics (New Unity) with the Order of Merit, according to a decree signed by the Ukrainian president.
Zelensky has decided to grant the Order of Merit to persons who have made significant contribution to strengthening mutual cooperation, supported Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Order of Merit will also be granted to EU Foreign Policy Head Joseph Borrell.
