RIGA - In FIBA Women's Euroleague action on Wednesday, Latvian basketball club TTT Riga defeated Russian basketball club and defending Euroleague champs Yekaterinburg UGMK 89:81.
Binta Drammeh led the way for TTT Riga with 25 points and six rebounds, followed by Marina Mabrey with 24 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
Meanwhile, Brittney Griner led the way for UGMK with 19 points and nine rebounds.
In the Group A standings at the moment, UGMK remains in first place with four wins and one loss, followed by Czech club Prague ZVVZ USK with four wins and two losses, French club Bourges Basket with three wins and two losses, Russian club Orenburg Nadezda with three wins and two losses, Belgian club Caster Braine with two wins and three losses, Turkish club Gelecek Koleji Cukurova with two wins and three losses, TTT Riga with one win and four losses, and Italian club Venezia Reyer with one win and four losses.
