The last two and a half months have been nightmarish for many with COVID-19-triggered quarantine in full swing. Thank God, the measure is being relaxed and a sense of normalcy is back. But I am afraid COVID-19 fear will linger in the air for quite some time. It is so tangible with many folks still subconsciously keeping the new norm of social distancing. Frankly, it is sort of weird to not be able to shake the hand of somebody you’ve known for years. Avoiding the clasping gets entrenched in our consciousness and the body language, too.
