A little bit over a decade ago, a single entrepreneur working from his home in Lithuania took a leap of faith into the crowded world of professional services. That bold step became the foundation of Baltic Assist, a company that would grow from a one-person operation into an international outsourcing powerhouse – thanks to the dedication and talent of the people who joined along the way. Today, with more than 250 employees, three offices, and over 600 global clients, Baltic Assist stands as one of Lithuania’s most remarkable business success stories. At its helm is CEO Andzej Rynkevic.
“Having started just with one employee – i.e. me – the company has grown into an international outsourcing leader serving more than 600 clients worldwide. Building credibility in a crowded market was one of the toughest early challenges in a very competitive field. But we believed in delivering value and never compromising on quality. That mindset, combined with a focus on client satisfaction and a culture of accountability, helped Baltic Assist earn lasting trust across Europe. Our international reputation and growth are the results of the great team’s hard work, loyalty, and constant pursuit of perfection. We want to make Baltic Assist the world’s most desired outsourcing partner. We couldn’t have done it without the incredible people who’ve been part of this journey throughout,” Rynkevic emphasized for The Baltic Times Magazine.
He credits the company’s evolution not only to vision and innovation but to a loyal team that has shared every challenge and milestone.

Kristina Margytė-Zvirble, Head of HR
1. There is never a “box” that you must remain in, regardless of the seniority of the role. What you do with your role depends on your ideas, capabilities, and effort. And as the company evolves, you can find opportunities to evolve with it.
2. The important part is bringing in people who really understand both the value and the responsibility of a flexible and remote work setup when it comes to key roles – that lays the path for smooth collaboration. Then you can set up communication as a priority in itself: create good spaces for both in-chat and face-to-face moments, meet both individually and in team settings to foster personal connection and collaboration. Allowing organic moments – personal stories, jokes, or venting – just like you would when working on-site is great as well.
3. Mindset: trailblazer. The people who shine the brightest don’t shy away from creating a path where there wasn’t one before. Resilience, adaptability, and the capability to think on the spot will help a lot when navigating the business environment. For company culture – I think authenticity is the key factor; we have a lot of differently strong personalities and yet mesh well.
