But nevertheless, the Baltics are welcoming a very special variant of Hillary Clinton— Kersti Kaljulaid, Estonia’s president-elect, who clinched the presidency after five previous rounds of futile voting.
It’s very enticing now, understandably, to start drawing comparison...
