Buffet menu allows guests to have a six-course meal, or why not even nine-course meal, as is the tradition in Sweden during major festivities. The new buffet menu is perfect for sampling in small bites, so our guests can enjoy and experience many flavours and every member of the family will find their favourites,” Katre Kõvask, Tallink Grupp’s Head of Food and Beverage said.
This year, the Grande Buffet restaurant menu features an even more expanded choice of vegan dishes which are spread out throughout the buffet’ display but are still easy to spot thanks to special green signs, and a separate themed display, are found in the Green Market.
“Our Grande Buffet restaurant menu is the most versatile and undoubtedly our most popular onboard menu across the entire fleet which is one of the highlights of the sea voyage for many of our customers,” Executive Chef for Tallink Grupp, Anti Lepik said.
The Grande Buffet restaurant menu has been jointly created by the head chefs from all the Tallink Grupp’s vessels. The menu process takes nearly eight months to complete as the culinary experts across the company fine-tune all-time menu favourites, considering the contemporary culinary trends and responding to customer demand.
