“Our Grande Buffet restaurant menu is the most versatile and undoubtedly our most popular onboard menu across the entire fleet which is one of the highlights of the sea voyage for many of our customers,” Executive Chef for Tallink Grupp, Anti Lepik said.

The Grande Buffet restaurant menu has been jointly created by the head chefs from all the Tallink Grupp’s  vessels. The menu process takes nearly eight months to complete as the culinary experts across the company fine-tune all-time menu favourites, considering the contemporary culinary trends and responding to customer demand.
