VILNIUS - SAS Scandinavian Airlines will increase the frequency of its flights between Vilnius and Copenhagen starting this October.

The airline will operate four daily flights on weekdays, adding one extra rotation compared to the previous winter season. Weekend services will remain at three flights per day, according to Lithuanian Airports.

The additional flights are expected to provide passengers with better access to the Scandinavian hub and improve connectivity to the airline's broader network across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Copenhagen remains one of the most frequently served destinations from Lithuanian airports.

SAS also operates twice-daily year-round flights from Palanga Airport.
