The events ten years ago related to the relocation of the Soviet soldier monument in Tallinn led to a deterioration in Russian-Estonian relations, Russian Ambassador Alexander Petrov said at a press conference in Tallinn on Friday.
"These events brought with them negative consequences in the whole realm of our bilateral relations," Petrov said.
Asked whether the events of the so-called Bronze Night were provoked from outside, the ambassador said that "no facts confirming this have been presented so far."
