Russian embassy to open 9 polling stations in Estonia for Duma elections

The Russian embassy has established nine polling stations in Estonia to allow approximately 85,000 Russian citizens residing there to vote in the Sept. 18 elections to the State Duma lower house of the Russian parliament. Four polling stations are planned for Tallinn and Narva each, and one in the southern city of Tartu, Alexander Oreshenkov, head of the consular department at the embassy, informed BNS on Thursday.
