VILNIUS - Russia’s chemical industry concern EuroChem Group is holding talks with shareholders of Achemos Grupe (Achema Group) on the acquisition of one of the largest Lithuania’s concerns, the web portal vz.lt has reported, citing sources.
According to the web portal, EuroChem Group CEO Dmitri Sterzhnev has come on a visit to Vilnius and one of his aims is to discuss a possibility to acquire shares in Achemos Grupe, which owns Achema, a fertilizer manufacturer and Lithuania’s top gas consumer, and Klasco, the largest stevedoring company in the port of Klaipeda....
