RTU structures ranked highest among Latvian universities in ranking of world's best business schools

RIGA - In the Eduniversal reputation ranking of the world's best business schools, the Faculty of Engineering, Economics and Management of the Riga Technical University (RTU IEVF) and RTU Riga Business School (RBS) have retained their leading positions among Latvian higher education institutions, according to the ranking data.

RTU has ranked in the league of Four Palmes of Excellence for the eighth year in a row, while for the second year in a row - the highest Dean's Vote in Latvia.

The Four Palmes League also includes RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology. BA School of Business and Finance is included in the Three Palmes League, and the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics of the University of Latvia - in the Two Palmes League.

The maximum possible rating is Five Palmes of Excellence. No Latvian university has ever been rated so highly.

The ranking includes the world's 1,000 most prestigious business schools, based on international accreditation, global rankings and membership criteria of academic or professional associations. The Four Palmes League includes 200 business schools with excellent rankings and a significant international impact of academic staff and alumni.
