RIGA - In response to the tragic events in Israel and in show of support and solidarity with the Israeli people, from today to the end of this week the tower of the Riga City Hall will be illuminated in the colors of the Israeli national flag during the dark hours of the day, LETA was told at the city hall's press office.
The tower of the city hall building will be illuminated from 19:00.
As reported, the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist groups launched a massive attack on Israel last Saturday, killing at least 700 Israelis.
