RIGA - According to the decision of Nov. 10, 2015 by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, by March 10, 2016 the Ministry of Justice together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior shall conduct a comprehensive and thorough assessment of the necessity to implement a ban on wearing face-covering clothing in public places and the Minister of Justice shall submit the draft legislation based on the assessment results to the Cabinet of Ministers
