President Ilves: Challenges ahead for new government

Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves said on Monday March 30 at the inaugural session of the newly elected Riigikogu (the name given to Estonia’s parliament) that the time is ripe for government and administrative reform in Estonia. The president also stressed that both the parliament taking its oath of office today and the incoming cabinet, has hard work cut out for it.
