VANCOUVER - Latvian basketball star Kristaps Porzingis scored 18 points and pulled down 13 rebounds to help his Dallas Mavericks defeat Los Angeles Clippers 102:87 (32:13, 23:22, 21:24, 26:28) in another preseason NBA match on Thursday.
Porzingis was on the floor for close to 23 minutes, also blocking one shot. Justin Jackson scored 18 points, too, while Luka Doncic had 15 points and 13 rebounds. Kawhi Leonard led the Clippers with 13 points.
As reported, the 2019/20 NBA season will open on October 22.
