TALLINN – The North Estonia Medical Center (PERH) is about to relocate its psychiatry unit currently situated on Paldiski Road to a new complex to be built in the campus of PERH in the Mustamae district of Tallinn by 2023.
"We are currently in the phase of designing the building with the procurement partner. It is still too early to speak about precise timelines of the construction tender," Mairo Hirmo, head of infrastructure technology service at PERH, told BNS.
