RIGA - Talks with KPV LV politicians so far have not revealed any major problems because of which KPV LV could suddenly decide not to support the government of Krijsanis Karins (New Unity), the New Conservative Party's leader Janis Bordans said in an interview with LNT television today.

According to Bordans, nothing suggests right now that the government formation talks could fail. He stressed though that he had only been in contact with those colleagues who were involved in the work on legal matters. There has been more controversy in talks about other matters, but those talks were also constructive enough.

In Bordans' opinion, many KPV LV members' position on the pending government is attributable to a lack of political experience - none of the members of the party had ever participated in such talks before.
