TALLINN - The operating profit of the Estonian unit of Nordea bank grew in the first quarter by 61% when compared to the same period last year to 12.1 million euros, Postimees Online reports.
The bank’s loan portfolio grew by 4% in a year to 3.33 billion euros. The proportion of corporate customers in Nordea’s loan portfolio amounted to two-thirds, their volume of loans grew by 5% in a year. Loans to private customers grew by 3% in a year to 1.12 billion euros.
