Paksas defiant, blasts commission

VILNIUS - Besieged President Rolandas Paksas stated on national TV Dec. 2 he had no intention of resigning, belittling conclusions of the ad hoc parliamentary commission that probed national security risks in the presidential administration. "I have always defended and will defend the interests of Lithuania and its people.
