VILNIUS - Security officials at the U.S. House of Representatives Cannon building in Washington, D.C., were more than spooked by the outline of a gun that appeared in a baggage screen on Oct. 30, one day before Halloween. Their concerns resulted in a massive alert that resulted in the first unscheduled shutdown of House debate since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in the U.S.A.
