So the predictions were wrong again. Delegates of the Center Party congress selected the platform that suggested party supporters say "no" to the European Union. The platform that recommended Estonians to vote by their conscience got the least votes. Perhaps the biggest surprise of all was that the party decided not to cleanse its ranks.
