On radarIt was interesting to read about the new radar system being built in Latvia. You are quite right to assert that it's a waste of taxpayer's money, since the country's existing radar system is sufficient. I mean, does Latvia seriously think it's at risk of terorist attack? Does it worry that Al Qaeda operatives will hijack a plane and crash it into the Freedom Monument? Or does it still dread the prospect of Russian MIGS entering its air space and performing extravagant loop-the-loops?
