Below are four reasons both for and against the U.S.-led war against Iraq.U.N. resolutions. Since 1991 some 17 resolutions have been passed by the United Nations demanding that the Iraqi regime forfeit its weapons of mass destruction. Twelve years later Saddam Hussein has yet to provide full and complete evidence that he has complied with these internationally mandated decrees.
