RIGA - The first historical study of the Holocaust in Latvia was released in Latvian translation last week, and historians are hoping that will help soften 50 years of bitter debate."The Holocaust in Latvia: The Missing Center," by American historian Andrew Ezergailis, was published in English in 1996, and based on two decades of research by the leading foreign student of Latvian history.
