Kosovo? What's that?

Traditionally, Americans have never been too up on their history or geography. Therefore, it's possible that NATO's latest war in Yugoslavia might have unintended consequences for the Baltic states (never mind those in Serbia getting in the way of missiles straying from "military targets"). The Independent in Britain wrote, humorously, that most Americans probably mistook Kosovo for a filling station. That's not too far off the mark.
