RIGA - Finnish telecommunications firm Sonera announced Feb. 2 it has replaced Lattelekom CEO John Steel with its Helsinki head of international operations, Juhani Vienola, a 25-year telecommunications man and a Finn.Sonera owns 90 percent of Tilts Communication, a 49 percent shareholder of Lattelekom.
