TALLINN - Foreigners struggling to get their heads around the Estonian language might find their labors are at an end with the publication of a new textbook. Unlike other publications that are based on languages such as Russian, English or Finnish, the textbook 'E as in Estonia' aims to teach foreigners through the medium of the Estonian language.
