TALLINN - Dissatisfaction with the government has again forced farmers to the point of protest - this time to a picket of border checkpoints. Anyone crossing near border points or major intersections in Estonia Dec. 1 was confronted by the sight of protesting farmers with their tractors, cattle and farm machinery waving placards, holding meetings and giving speeches.
