Lux Express: Free protest

I have been to Liepaja a few times, and on all of those occasions, I went by car. There was no choice in the matter. I had to be there by a certain time, and back in Riga by a certain time. I cannot drive, so use public transport in much the same way as a car owner who rarely travels by public transport. Lux Express, who are offering free trips to Liepaja this month as a protest against the Latvian public transport regulations, will of course be gaining some good free publicity, hopefully boosting the number of people visiting Liepaja and drawing our attention to the fact that Latvia doe...
