Buying bus tickets, visiting the local library, filing our taxes, and signing official documents all have a techy twist that makes life easier. The government operates in a paperless manner. New technology has penetrated almost all government sectors and has changed the way citizens interact with their governments. However, foreign policy and diplomacy have changed relatively little, only really adopting social media.
